Deposit & Payment

The deposit secures the date and time and 40% is required to book your event.

Final payment is due 10 days prior to your event period.

You must be paid in FULL for us to show up to your event.

Payments are via Zelle, Venmo, Check or Cash.

Set up & Breakdown

On the day of your event, we will arrive to set up everything. We would like to do this part to ensure that everything goes as expected and planned.  Everything included in the setting must be returned in the same good condition as it was received, and it will be picked up as soon as the event ends. We are responsible for disassembling our setting and picking it up only. Please be aware that we do not clean up party trash.

Event Space Policy

The space designated for the setup needs to be free of furniture and clean at the time when we arrive.

We are not responsible for cleaning and taking the trash.

For outdoor setups, the sprinkler system must be turned off the day before the event to avoid a wet lawn.

You are responsible for ensuring our items are protected from the elements (rain, snow, dirt, sand, etc.). Please have a plan in place for inclement weather to avoid being charged damage fees.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be granted up to 30 days prior to the start of the event.

Cancellations made 15 to 29 days prior to an event will be subject to 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received 14 days or fewer before the event will not receive a refund. Cancellations made due to weather conditions on the date of the event will receive a full refund excluding customization costs or receive a credit minus cost of already ordered items towards an available future date as agreed upon by the director of Mimo Creative Events and Client.

Safety & Cleanliness

All our furnishings are curated thinking about your child's safety and the good care of your house or venue. Our setups meet the highest safety and cleanliness standards:

• Pillow covers, linens, blankets and tablecloths are professionally cleaned, and they come in a plastic bag directly from the cleaner.

• Rugs are vacuumed, sprayed and spot cleaned after every event.

• All electric items are battery powered and do not present a hazard.

• Non-slip mats are placed under heavy furniture, wooden crates and/or mattresses so they stay in place.

• Every teepee pole has a rubber or silicone floor protector.
